Delivery  & Return Policy

 

  • Delivery Terms

If you order before 13.00 Monday to Friday your order will be shipped that day, except public holidays.  Allow three days for delivery although often it arrives next day.

Please note your supplements will not be sent until your payment is authorised.  If there is a delay in authorising your payment it will affect your expected delivery time.

It is important you use the correct delivery address, we will not be able to change the delivery address once you have placed your order as orders are processed very quickly.

 

Delivery time given by us is an estimate only. We cannot accept liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

All goods must be examined at the time of delivery; any damaged or defective goods must be signed for as damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@pharmanostix.co.uk . We will require proof of damages by photos.

  • Delivery charge

        UK Mainland

We offer FREE standard delivery via Royal Mail to most locations within the UK (3-5 working days) for orders over £30.00

For orders less than £30.00 there will be a £2.99 delivery charge. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

      Channel Islands and Ireland

Standard Delivery 4-5 working days £15.95

 

      Outside of the UK

Please contact us for a bespoke delivery charge for orders outside of the UK.

 

  • Returns Terms

We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 30 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 30 days will not be refunded.  The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

 

We will give you a full refund of the return charge, if you had to return the goods because of our mistake. These terms do not affect your legal statutory rights. 
 

  • Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pharmanostix.co.uk 

  • Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
